We attended a wedding in Edinburgh It was a central location for many guests. The reception staff, the waiting on staff were first class and the food was good
The room was cold when we arrived It would be helpful if you introduced a user sheet

The staff were excellent and food was good. We ate at beefeater deer park, which is only 200 ft away, it suited our needs. The best place to visit when in Livingston🙂
Nothing, all was good.

Great staff and service! The room was clean and spacious, with really comfortable beds. The free parking was very convenient, and the location was perfect for exploring both Edinburgh and Glasgow, as it was close to a train station. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was simple but delicious.
The restaurant next door was just okay, but there were other dining options nearby. , the heating system wasn't working properly, which made the room a bit chilly at times.

The location was great and easily accessible by car. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and we really appreciated the friendly service from the staff. the family room was spacious enough for our needs.
The walls were quite thin and we could hear noise from other guests, which meant it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was only one elevator which caused some delays in getting to and from our room.

Reception staff were pleasant and friendly (although perhaps a bit 'over the top' and following pre-prepared company scripts).
In common with many of this company's hotels (and I have used them regularly for many years on business) this facility is remote from other facilities such as town centre pubs, resturants etc so you either have to take a taxi or drive. Alternative is to use the fairly sterile adjacent pub.

I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel near two major cities. the location was convenient, just off the M8 motorway, which made it easy to explore both of these bustling destinations. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the inclusive breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious options to start the day. the hotel's proximity to the motorway made it convenient for travel.
I did experience some noise from passing guests during the night, which slightly disrupted my sleep.

It was surprise to us that even after giving the booking confirmation printout, the person incharge asked my brother, his passport for id and said won't let you them in without that, we had never experianced this before. But after some request and email him the scanned copy of the passport he let us stay comfortably.

Reception Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant
The Beefeater Restaurant lets the Premier Inn down, the evening meals my sister and I had were dreadful with mine being returned. The Inn did refund all meals. Breakfast was marginally better but I do not understand how scrambled eggs can be floating in water
